1. General

House Master Facility Management Services Private Limited Self Order is a self-ordering kiosk platform that enables customers to place orders with participating businesses. Order preparation, pricing, product availability, and fulfilment are managed entirely by the respective business operating the kiosk.

2. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before order preparation begins. Cancellation approval is subject to the policies of the participating business. Once preparation has commenced, cancellation requests may be declined.

3. Cash Payments

Where payment is made at the counter, customers may choose not to proceed with the purchase before payment, subject to the business’s policies.

4. Online Payments

Where online payment is available, refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• Successful payment but the order was not received by the business
• Duplicate payment
• Technical failure resulting in payment without successful order placement
• Order cancellation due to product unavailability

Refund requests are subject to verification and approval by the business operating the kiosk.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, although actual processing time depends on the payment service provider and the customer’s bank.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted where:

• An incorrect order was placed by the customer
• Order preparation had already begun
• The customer failed to collect the completed order
• The order was successfully fulfilled

8. Responsibility

Each participating business is solely responsible for decisions regarding pricing, refunds, cancellations, product availability, and order fulfilment.
